I'm a technical program and product leader with 15+ years driving complex, multi-team initiatives from concept to delivery, including 5+ years owning product vision, roadmaps, requirements, and backlogs as a Product Owner, platform product lead, and SaaS founder. I run concurrent programs across infrastructure, platforms, AI, and engineering operations, translating business needs into user stories and iterative releases, defining KPIs, and reporting risk and progress to leadership. I'm also a hands-on builder: I founded a revenue-producing, AI-agent-powered SaaS CRM and architected multiple internal platforms in daily use across a 60+ person engineering org. I lead AI adoption across the organization: I authored and present AI best-practice and security guidance and have trained 100+ staff on AI tools. - Direct a portfolio of internal technology platforms used by a 60+ person engineering organization, owning product vision, roadmaps, priorities, success measures, and release plans from concept through adoption.
- Lead concurrent technical programs through the full SDLC, integrating scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk, and dependencies into executable plans, with concise executive reporting on milestones, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Act as primary point of contact between business stakeholders and engineering: serve as the voice of the customer and operational teams, facilitate discovery, write functional requirements and acceptance criteria, and translate needs into prioritized epics and user stories for engineering and QA.
- Define and track platform KPIs, adoption measures, and user feedback to prioritize enhancements and measure value delivered.
- Led a vendor consolidation and procurement initiative, evaluating operational needs, conducting security and compliance review of vendors, aligning stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and managing transition risk to deliver $5M+ in annual savings with zero disruption to operations.
- Lead adoption of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows across the organization, training 100+ staff through presentations, hands-on sessions, and feedback loops.
- Authored and presented AI best-practice and security guidance in a recurring talk format, giving teams clear expectations for using AI tools safely in daily work.
- Drive adoption of new tools and platforms through hands-on training and feedback loops; founded a weekly Tech Talks series to strengthen knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Built the Associate Developer Program and its supporting learning products from the ground up: a six-month competency-based curriculum delivered through the gamified Training Hub platform (badges, achievements, targeted learning paths) that prepared 60+ engineers for full independence with 90%+ retention over two years.
- Defined competency milestones and evaluation criteria used to review each associate's work and assess progress consistently across cohorts, with clear standards for advancing to the next level.
- Manage up to 16 direct reports across five engineering teams; set goals, balance capacity against portfolio priorities, remove impediments, and coach engineers into technical and people-leadership roles, building a team culture centered on education and individual growth.
- Own technical hiring end to end, designing structured interviews with defined evaluation criteria so multiple interviewers assessed candidates against the same standards and reached consistent, defensible decisions.
- Served as Product Owner for three cross-functional Agile teams delivering large-scale public-facing platforms used by thousands of customers in a compliance-driven government environment.
- Improved operational reliability and release predictability by 35% through workflow redesign, clearer ownership, performance visibility, and structured accountability.

- Contributed as a software development engineer on the same team, giving first-hand understanding of delivery work from the engineer's side.
- Hired directly by Sallie Mae after a Cognizant contract engagement.
- Managed operations, staffing, and service quality across multiple locations; designed and delivered training and onboarding programs that accelerated employee productivity.
- Flew combat and combat support missions as an inflight refueling aircrew member across multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, extending the range and endurance of coalition aircraft in active theaters.
- Awarded multiple Air Medals for combat missions and multiple Aerial Achievement Medals for combat support missions.
- Served as a flight instructor, training and evaluating aircrew against qualification and safety standards.
- Led and trained airmen, maintaining mission readiness, safety, qualification standards, and morale in high-risk, rapidly changing environments.

A self-service system that lets users stand up applications on AWS behind company SSO with a custom URL, turning a manual, engineering-gated process into a few-click workflow and dramatically shortening time-to-launch.
Gamified engineer training platform
A gamified learning platform that helps engineers target and close individual skill gaps using badges and achievements, central to the program that graduated 60+ junior engineers into independent contributors.
Streamlined project-delivery platform
A simpler, faster, more usable alternative to heavyweight project tools for managing development work, launched on AWS, with service standards and adoption metrics defined from scratch.
Broadcast operations portal
A unified portal giving users access to every station across a large media broadcaster: market info, endpoints, schedules, and personnel, including a live module to view what each station is broadcasting in real time.
Weekly internal speaker series
A TED-style talk series where volunteers present on a topic of their choice, building a culture of education and knowledge-sharing while developing presentation and public-speaking skills across the org.
